What Are the Age Requirements?

All Barcrawlerz events are strictly 21+ in the United States.A valid, government-issued photo ID is required to participate. IDs may be checked during event check-in as well as at any participating venue throughout the crawl. Each venue reserves the right to determine whether an ID is acceptable.Guests who are unable to present valid identification will not be admitted to the event or participating venues, and tickets are non-refundable.

Friends are welcome to check in on each other’s behalf.All that’s required is the attendee’s ticket QR code. The person checking in does not need to be the original purchaser.Can I Arrive After Check-In Ends?We strongly recommend arriving during the published check-in window listed on your event page.While many events conclude check-in around 6:00 PM, times may vary by city. Please review your specific event page for the official schedule.If you think you’ll arrive late, the easiest solution is to send your QR code to a friend so they can check in for you and collect any event materials, such as your wristband or map.Please note that we cannot guarantee staff will remain at the check-in location after the scheduled check-in period has ended.

Does the Name on My Ticket Matter?No. The name on your ticket does not need to match the person attending the event.Your ticket’s QR code is what you’ll use to check in. If you purchased a ticket for someone else or decide to give your ticket to a friend, they can use it without changing the name on the order.For group purchases, you don’t need to enter each attendee’s information individually. You may use the same purchaser information for all tickets if you’d like.Group Tickets vs. Single TicketsPlanning to attend with friends? Purchasing 4 or more tickets qualifies for our group pricing, making it an easy way to save on your night out.Group tickets are perfect for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, coworkers, or anyone attending together. If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to give your ticket to someone else.The new attendee only needs the ticket’s QR code to check in. Can They Be Transferred?In most cases, yes.If you accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong Barcrawlerz event, contact our support team before buying another ticket. Unfortunately, some unauthorized event organizers create listings that imitate legitimate events by using similar names, themes, artwork, or venue claims.These events are not affiliated with Barcrawlerz, and the advertised venues may not actually be participating.ImportantOnly tickets purchased through official Barcrawlerz sales channels are valid for Barcrawlerz events. We cannot honor tickets sold by unauthorized organizers or third-party events using our name or branding.I Purchased Tickets to a Fake Event. What does my ticket include?

Your ticket gets you an exclusive Barcrawlerz branded wristband that grants you access to   exclusive access to food and drinks specials created specifically for the participants of our   crawls. You are also guaranteed free entry to ALL of the participating venues on our route.

Is there a set schedule for the Crawl?

No! Once you and your friends pick up your wristbands from the registration bar, you are free to go to any of the bars on the route on your own time.

Don’t sweat it! All of our events intentionally have large registration windows, so you and your friends can start your crawl when you’re ready! Just make sure you check in before registration ends or you won't be able to pick up your wristbands!

YES! If you can not make it to registration, just send your ticket to a friend and they can pick up your wristband for you.

Are tickets still available on the day of the event?
